Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care System Area Prescribing Committee (APC)

The Surrey Heartlands Area Prescribing Committee approved the Stoma Accessory Formulary noting that:

  • cost effective choices should be used first-line
  • approved formulary products should be initiated by the specialist Stoma Teams
