All medicines prescribed by teams other than the Primary Care Team (hospital only, RED drugs, specialist drugs, private medicines) should be recorded in the patient's medication record to ensure that records are complete and accurate.

A local guide has been updated to support practice staff in adding non-Primary Care prescribed medicines to the patient's record on the clinical system.

Clinical system guides are included for EMIS Web and SystmOne.
